discouraged about rejections?

Are you discouraged about rejections you get when you query agents & editors about your writing? Here's a good article on that: https://tinyurl.com/y8xyjgzd . There are some ads before and in it, but you can keep reading through and past them.

try amaranth for a nice gluten-free, nut-free bread

Amaranth flour makes a nice gluten-free, nut-free, nutrient-rich bread. It's a bit crunchy on the outside. I buy amaranth flour at a bulk-food store. Here's my recipe:

AMARANTH BREAD
1 cup amaranth flour
1/3 cup tapioca starch/flour or arrowroot flour
2 tsp. baking powder
pinch of salt
Mix thoroughly.

In separate bowl, mix thoroughly:
2 eggs
1/8 cup oil
1/4 cup buttermilk, milk, or water [or a bit more if batter seems too stiff]

Stir liquid ingredients into dry ingredients & mix thoroughly. Pour into oiled loaf tin and bake at 400 degrees F till done, about 20 min. Best eaten hot.
