Happy Birthday, Frieda Martens Boehm
My lively 2nd cousin Freda Martens Boehm just turned 90! Bob and I very much enjoyed the party at her house in Pinantan Lake north of Kamloops, BC, Sept 12, 2025. She's in several of the pictures including the last one--with the baby. Happy birthday, Frieda. God bless you now and always.

Frieda did a wonderful job organizing the birthday party. It was all outdoors in beautiful weather. The food was largely catered, though Elma brought an apricot cake that she made. The group was a mixture of local people from the lakeside community of Pinantan, members of the church she goes to in Kamloops, and some relatives. Her one brother, David, attended but her sisters were not well enough to be there. Pinantan is about a 35 minute drive to the northeast of where we live in Kamloops.
