We served these to neighbor-friends along with goulash and vegetables for Valentine’s dinner. Pretty good.
4 eggs, 1/2 tsp salt, enough flour to make a not-too-stiff dough. Boil water in a pot. Push dough through a device like the one shown, into boiling water. If dough is too stiff, add a bit of water. If not stiff enough, add flour. Spaetzle are done when they rise to the surface. Serve as is or fried.
