The Canadian Broadcasting Company's radio program Day 6 invites listeners to write a sentence that breaks as many of Elmore Leonard's Ten Rules For Writing Fiction as possible. Deadline midnight Wednesday February 1.

 
The five finalists will be featured on the Day 6 program, and have their sentences

orphaned British children sent as immigrants to British colonies and former
colonies from the early 1600s into the 1960s. Her blog especially focuses on
