wonderful biog & writing opportunity: Pure Francis

I love the following biog from the Pure Francis website. It's a spoof, right? But the Pure Francis online journal evidently isn't. It's open to submissions of poetry, short prose, and visual art. No payment but hey, it's a publishing credit if they accept your stuff. Here's the link to submissions guidelines:

Pure Francis, the man, was born under mysterious conditions on a tramp steamer off the coast of Finland.  He stands 2 feet, 6 inches tall and counts fencing, origami, and collecting REO Speedwagon bootlegs amongst his vast array of hobbies.  He founded the print version of Pure Francis in May, 1908.  It folded in June, 1908.
